On the 20th March 2010, Paul, Dominic & Andy of Team INSIGHT completed their Atlantic Rowing Challenge in 75 days 0 hours and 10 minutes! The magnitude of their achievement has yet to sink in, but it was an amazing adventure, and the lads would like to say a big ‘Thank You’ to sponsors, supporters, and all those who helped out before, during and after the row.

Over the coming days the website will be updated with pictures and video from the row, and there will also be a page for you to read the personal thoughts on the row by Paul, Andy and Dominic, as well as an advice page for anyone else thinking of taking up the huge challenge of rowing an ocean.
